As the time of publication drew near, I felt that it would be necessary to state the intent of this book. This book is collection of short stories and each story is completely a work of fiction. It is intended to show a variety of aspects of the character of Christ and of His great love toward us. It is my hope that believers who read these stories will see their Lord in a new light and love Him more deeply for it. Further, it is my hope that anyone who does not know Jesus personally will also see Him from a new perspective and will make a decision to surrender their lives, and thus eternal destiny, to His care. A personal relationship with Jesus Christ, the assurance of Salvation that comes with it, and the indwelling presence of His Holy Spirit for guidance and growth, far surpasses any wealth, pleasures, philosophies, or religions that this world has to offer. I hope that this book may provide a small glimpse of the wonder, and depth, and breadth of Jesus’ love for people.

      Some of these stories came to me during Praise and Worship sessions at my church, others came while I studies books on Christian growth, one came in a dream, but in every case, whatever the setting, when Christ appeared the story fell into place. I count each one as inspired by God. The stories are intended to glorify Him, for as Jesus said of Himself, 

“And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all peoples to Myself.” – John12: 32
